What this privacy policy covers

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, this policy gives you information about how Transvalair treats personal information received from our web site visitors.

What is personal information?

Personal information is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable such as your title, name, address, email address and phone number.

The only time we'll use your details for any other purpose than those listed above is to email you from time to time about our services. However we will only do so if you have given us permission to do so, having opted in on one of the data collection forms.

We respect your privacy and will not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.

We collect visitor information in the following sections of the Transvalair web site:

  • Brochure Request - If you request a brochure we’ll use your details to fulfil your order.  We’ll also send you emails if you’ve opted in to receive them.
  • Contact Us - If you send us an enquiry via the email form we'll use your details to respond to your request/comments.  We’ll also send you emails if you’ve opted in to receive them.

Accessing your data
